Job Title: Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack Engineer Experience: 8 Years Location: Onsite – Hyderabad About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in modern web development, cloud infrastructure, and software engineering best practices. The ideal candidate should be proficient in building scalable web applications, designing robust APIs, and working across the full stack with a deep understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software design. Must-Have Skills: Frontend: ReactJS with modern practices (Hooks, Context API, Redux, etc.) Backend: Experience in one or more: NodeJS, Java, or Golang Cloud Platforms: AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudFormation, etc.) Database: MongoDB and/or other NoSQL/SQL databases API Development: Swagger/OpenAPI, RESTful APIs Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes DevOps: CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) Development & Testing Tools: Experience with AI-powered tools for coding, testing, or code reviews Software Engineering: Solid understanding and application of SOLID principles Good to Have: Experience with Web3 development and decentralized apps Knowledge of HTTP/2 , gRPC , and efficient communication protocols Familiarity with REST and messaging platforms (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS) Experience in performance optimization and scalable architecture design Security best practices in API and web development Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and microservices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability Implement robust DevOps practices to ensure seamless CI/CD workflows Contribute to architecture and design discussions with a focus on performance, security, and reliability Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews Show more Show less
