Job Title: Full Stack Developer (React.js + Laravel)

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Laravel. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and scaling AI-powered products rapidly. You will be working closely with our product and AI teams to turn ideas into production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js (frontend) and Laravel (backend).
• Collaborate with product managers and AI engineers to integrate AI/ML models into products.
• Build secure, optimized APIs and ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate product features to achieve fast go-to-market execution.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest in AI tools, frameworks, and modern web development trends.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in React.js (hooks, context, Redux, Next.js preferred).
• Solid backend development experience with Laravel (REST APIs, queues, authentication, services).
• Experience integrating AI APIs / LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, HuggingFace) into products.
• Strong understanding of MySQL/PostgreSQL and database optimization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and deliver results quickly.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of prompt engineering or building AI-driven workflows.
• Prior experience in SaaS product development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹358,277.96 - ₹1,561,742.38 per year
