Job Description: Junior / Trainee Full-Stack Developer

About the Role

Samptel Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for high-potential, logically sharp Junior Full-Stack Developers and Interns (0–2 years experience).

Core Responsibilities

• Adaptability: Work across the entire stack—Frontend (UI/UX implementation), Backend (API & Logic), or both.
• Web & Mobile: Develop responsive web applications and occasionally work on Mobile App development using PWA (Progressive Web Apps) or WebViews.
• Quality Code: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following industry best practices.
• Ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for assigned tasks, from logic building to final deployment.

Required Skill Set

• Strong Logic & Algorithms: Excellent command over Data Structures and basic algorithms. You should be able to solve complex puzzles and logic problems.
• Web Fundamentals: High proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Framework / Languages : Any one backend and frontedn languages from React, Vue, Angular, PHP, Golang, Python, NodeJS, JAVA
• Programming Concepts: Deep understanding of OOPS (Object Oriented Programming) and functional programming.
• Database Basics: Understanding of Relational (SQL) or Non-Relational (NoSQL) databases.
• Familiarity with any modern framework (React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, or Python/Django).
• Knowledge of Version Control (Git/GitHub).
• Understanding of REST APIs.

Eligibility

• Location: Candidate who can come to office for work [also for interview]
• Experience: 0 to 2 Years (Freshers/Final Year Interns are welcome).
• Education: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (IT) or equivalent.
• Availability: Ready to join immediately for a full-time role or long-term internship.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
