Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain web applications from the ground up, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to create intuitive and user-friendly applications.

· Design and implement server-side APIs and services using appropriate frameworks and technologies.

· Write efficient, reusable, and testable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.

· Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring the stability and reliability of the applications.

· Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to deliver high-quality software products.

· Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the software development industry, continuously improving your skills and knowledge.

· Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance the team's overall performance.

· Collaborate on technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and user guides.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

· Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.

· Strong understanding of architectural concepts like MVC (Model-View-Controller) and MVT (Model-View- Template).

· Proficient in both front-end and back-end development, with expertise in technologies such as ReactJS, Node.js, Python, Tailwind CSS, Django and Django Rest Framework.

· Solid understanding of databases and SQL, including experience with database design and optimization.

· Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.

· Good to have knowledge on MongoDB, AWS and Heroku.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.

· Strong communication and collaboration abilities, able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

· Self-motivated and eager to learn, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines.

Working Hours and Location:

· This is a full-time position, requiring 9 hours of work per day, 6 days a week.

· The job is based in our office in Surat, Gujarat.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
