Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies, with hands-on experience in building scalable web applications. You’ll work on designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that deliver real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain robust front-end and back-end components for web applications
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js/Angular, Node.js/Express, or Python/Django
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and databases (SQL or NoSQL)
• Manage code versioning using Git/GitHub and participate in code reviews
• Perform unit and integration testing; debug and resolve technical issues
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability
• Maintain clear documentation and contribute to best practices

Required Skills

• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js or Angular
• Strong back-end development skills using Node.js, Express.js, or Python/Django/Flask
• Experience with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party API integration
• Hands-on with Git, version control, and CI/CD tools
• Understanding of basic DevOps and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, agile team environment

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant industry experience in full stack development
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Self-driven with the ability to adapt to new technologies and challenges

Good to have

• Experience with AI Agent Development

  using tools or frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or RAG-based architectures
• Understanding of

  LLMs (Large Language Models)

  and their integration into web applications
• Familiarity with

  vector databases

  (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) and embedding techniques
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, conversational AI, or multi-modal interfaces
