Job Overview:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience, skilled in both WordPress development and custom coding (frontend and backend). You will work closely with our design, content, and strategy teams to create fast, responsive, and visually impressive websites for clients and internal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain WordPress-based websites using custom themes and plugins.

• Develop responsive frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.js (if applicable).

• Handle backend development using PHP, MySQL, or similar technologies.

• Optimize website performance for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.

• Debug and resolve website issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to convert Figma/PSD mockups into functioning websites.

• Set up and manage hosting, domain, and site security configurations.

• Stay updated with the latest development trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in both WordPress and full-stack development.

• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.

• Experience with custom WordPress theme and plugin development.

• Familiarity with REST APIs and integration of third-party services.

• Knowledge of version control tools like Git.

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time efficiently.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

• Experience with page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery) alongside custom coding.

• Knowledge of headless WordPress or JAMstack architecture.

• Exposure to frameworks like React, Vue, or Next.js is a plus.

• Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
