About Us

Pingsy is an AI-powered WhatsApp CRM & communication automation platform that helps businesses streamline conversations, manage leads, and close deals faster. We are scaling rapidly and are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with 3–4 years of experience who can take ownership of features and contribute to building a robust, scalable SaaS product.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end product features across frontend and backend.
• Work on CRM modules, API integrations (WhatsApp Business API, Slack, Email, Payment Gateways).
• Build and maintain user interfaces with React/Next.js ensuring a smooth UX.
• Design and implement REST APIs and contribute to backend services (Node.js / Python / Go).
• Optimize database queries and manage schemas in PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB.
• Ensure secure, high-performance, and reliable code.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Debug and fix production issues quickly.
• Stay updated with new technologies and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of professional development experience.
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks (React.js / Next.js).
• Strong knowledge of backend development (Node.js / Python / Go).
• Good understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with API integrations and 3rd-party services.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Good to Have

• Experience with SaaS products or CRM platforms.
• Exposure to AI/ML APIs or chatbot integrations.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Knowledge of real-time communication systems (WebSockets, Pub/Sub).

Work Setup & Timings

• Hybrid model – based out of Gurugram.
• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
