.We are looking for a

Full Stack Developer

to join our

core founding team

and build the

entire product ecosystem

from scratch.

Role Overview

This is a

remote equity-based position

, ideal for someone who wants to work as a

founding tech partner

and have

skin in the game

. You will be responsible for

end-to-end product architecture and development

, ensuring

scalability, security, and seamless integration

with IoT and data systems.

Key Responsibilities

Build scalable full-stack web and mobile applications for data collection & analytics.
Design and implement secure APIs for IoT and mobile integrations.
Develop dashboards & visualization tools for colleges, students, and MSME partners.
Ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance optimization.
Integrate with third-party APIs & data systems where needed.
Work closely with founders on product roadmap and tech scalability.
Build and lead the tech team remotely as the company grows.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (startup/product-based experience preferred).
Proficiency in front-end frameworks (React / Angular / Vue) and back-end tech (Node.js / Django / Spring Boot).
Strong database skills (SQL & NoSQL).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
Familiarity with IoT integration & mobile app development (Flutter/React Native is a plus).
Solid understanding of data security, encryption, and large-scale systems.
Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to work in an equity-first startup environment.
