Role Overview
We are looking for a
Full-Stack Developer
who can help us build and scale the
BizVidya platform
a data-driven application for colleges, MSMEs, and students. You will be responsible for developing the architecture, APIs, and front-end systems that bring our vision to life.This is an
equity-only role
, best suited for someone who understands early-stage product building, loves working in startups, and is passionate about building tech that transforms education.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Platform Development:
- Build scalable web and mobile platforms for student data analytics, institutional dashboards, and MSME collaboration.
- Develop secure APIs and robust back-end infrastructure to support multi-user systems.
- Architecture & Database Design:
- Design and implement scalable architectures using Node.js, Express, React, MongoDB / PostgreSQL, or similar stacks.
- Create structured databases for behavioral and performance data collected from multiple sources (IoT, apps, web).
- Integration & Data Systems:
- Integrate the platform with external tools for data collection, student profiling, and analytics visualization.
- Work with the data science team to implement AI/ML-driven insights and recommendation systems.
- UI/UX & Front-End Engineering:
- Design interactive and user-friendly interfaces for students, MSMEs, and administrators.
- Implement modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Tailwind) to ensure smooth user experiences.
- Deployment & Maintenance:
- Manage deployment pipelines using AWS / GCP / Azure and ensure system reliability and security.
- Maintain continuous optimization, scalability, and bug-free operation.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong experience with MERN / MEAN / PERN stack or equivalent frameworks.
- Solid understanding of API design, system security, and scalable architecture.
- Familiarity with data visualization, analytics dashboards, or EdTech platforms.
- Self-driven, problem-solver, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
- Passionate about education technology, data systems, and building from scratch.
