Full Stack Developer

Job Summary: Full Stack Developer (Laravel & React.js).

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer with 2 years of hands-on experience in Laravel (PHP) and React.js. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in frontend development, RESTful API integration, and a solid understanding of database design and MVC architecture. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, efficient, and scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Laravel (backend) and React.js (frontend).
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Develop interactive and responsive UIs using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6/ES7).
• Manage database schemas and queries using MySQL / MariaDB, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Implement authentication and authorization (e.g., JWT, Laravel Sanctum, Passport).
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into high-quality code.
• Utilize Git (GitHub/GitLab) for version control and code reviews.
• Work with API integrations, third-party services, and data exchange formats (JSON).
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following OOP and MVC principles.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment of web applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel Framework.
• Hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6/ES7).
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design techniques (Flexbox, Grid).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and frontend-backend integration.
• Experience with MySQL / MariaDB and database design.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, or GitLab version control.
• Understanding of MVC architecture, OOP, and software design principles.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of Redux or Context API for state management in React.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS, Digital Ocean).
• Familiarity with API documentation tools (Swagger, Postman).
• Understanding of security best practices and performance optimization.
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum development methodologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
