Looking for

skilled Full Stack Developers

to join our team and help build and maintain

Enterprise

, a next-generation

B2B SaaS platform

for the maritime and supply chain industry.In this role, you will work across the entire technology stack-from

backend microservices built with .NET Core, EF Core, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB

to

cross-platform frontends developed using Flutter

for web, desktop, and mobile.You will collaborate closely with

product managers, solution architects, and DevOps engineers

to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions.Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend microservices using .NET Core and Entity Framework Core
  • Build clean, responsive, and high-performance UIs using Flutter for web, mobile, and desktop
  • Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB for data modeling, querying, and optimization
  • Design and consume RESTful APIs and service integrations
  • Participate in system architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews
  • Implement unit and integration tests and ensure CI/CD readiness
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams on containerization and deployment automation
  • Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and security

Required Skills & Experience

  • Total work experience: 5-10 years
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and LINQ
  • Experience with microservice architectures and RESTful APIs
  • Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and MongoDB (schema design, queries, optimization)
  • Proficiency in Flutter (Web & Mobile), Dart, and state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc)
  • Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps)
  • Strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture
  • Experience with authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in an Agile / collaborative environment

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Kubernetes or microservice orchestration
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Knowledge of message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus)
  • Understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and CQRS
  • Prior experience with enterprise SaaS platforms or B2B marketplaces

  • Clear communication and teamwork skills
  • Proactive, self-driven, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Work Details
  • Work Location: Noida (Full-Time, Work From Office)
  • Workdays: 6 days a week (Saturday working as per project requirement; Work From Home allowed on Saturdays when applicable)
