Full Stack Developer

Job Description: We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Laravel and the ability to work across multiple programming languages and technologies. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining ERP, CRM, and web-based platforms within a university setting. The ideal candidate is a hands-on coder who can lead technically, while being supported by an intern or junior developer.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop, maintain, and optimize Laravel-based full stack applications. 2. Contribute to and maintain multiple systems (ERP, CRM, websites, portals). 3. Write clean, scalable code in PHP (Laravel) and other languages as needed. 4. Design and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. 5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and deliver new features. 6. Guide and mentor a supporting intern or junior developer. 7. Conduct regular code reviews, testing, and performance optimization.

Required Technical Skills: 1. Strong experience in Laravel (PHP). 2. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Blade templating. 3. Solid understanding of SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL). 4. Working knowledge of at least two (2) additional languages, such as: Python, Node.js, Java, C#, or Go 5. Familiarity with Vue.js, React, or similar JS frameworks. 6. API development and integration experience.7. Version control using Git. Basic server and deployment knowledge (Linux, Nginx/Apache).

Preferred / Bonus Skills: Experience with ERP/CRM systems. Exposure to e-commerce development. Understanding of Docker, CI/CD, or basic DevOps. Familiarity with security best practices in web development.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical and debugging abilities. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.

Team-oriented with good communication skills. Willing to learn and explore new tools/languages as needed.
