Key Responsibilities

Application Development

Build responsive, high-performance applications using Next.js.

Extend and customize Strapi CMS for business workflows.

Database & Migration

Write efficient Python migration scripts for data transfer from Wordpress

Delivery & Execution

Translate requirements into technical deliverables within agreed timelines.

Collaborate with the internal team to ensure integration with existing systems.

Provide technical documentation for all deliverables.

Quality & Best Practices

Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.

Perform code reviews and unit testing where required.

Follow project security and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.

Strong proficiency in Next.js, React

Proven expertise with Strapi CMS customization & APIs.

Solid hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.

Strong Python scripting knowledge for data migration.

Experience working in contract/freelance/consulting roles with milestone-based delivery.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
