IT - Infrastructure Projects Technical Consultant – End User Productivity Experience with ITIL processes, managed services, help desk systems and related activities including ability to troubleshoot alerts. Mandatory: Minimum 10 years’ experience in the IT industry out of which 8 years in Technical Consulting Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline.
