Role Overview

We are hiring Full Stack Developers who are passionate about building high-quality software and experienced in MERN stack. You will work across the entire technology stack—frontend, backend, APIs, and databases—and collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build and ship robust, scalable applications.

Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.

● Build responsive UI components and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

● Write clean, reusable, and testable code across the full stack.

● Integrate with internal and third-party APIs.

● Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful features.

● Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and practices.

Technical Skills

Must-Have:

● Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and React.js.

● Strong backend experience using Node.js.

● Familiarity with HTTP APIs and RESTful APIs based integrations.

● Experience with MongoDB databases.

● Git version control and collaborative development using GitHub/GitLab.

Good to Have:

● Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

● Knowledge of microservices architecture.

● Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress).

● Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

● Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
