Full Stack Developer Intern

RcruitPanel is our AI-led Applicant Tracking System (ATS), designed to simplify and automate recruitment processes for modern hiring teams. We are scaling fast and looking for a skilled Python Backend Developer to join our team in building scalable, efficient, and secure backend systems for both platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications (frontend + backend).
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with senior developers to troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to design schemas and perform CRUD operations.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Participate in code reviews and team meetings.
• Learn and adapt to new technologies as required.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js / NextJS.
• Familiarity with backend technologies: Node.js / Express.js / Java / Python.
• Understanding of databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of version control tools (Git/GitHub).
• Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS.
• Familiarity with DevOps basics (CI/CD, Docker).
• Knowledge of REST APIs & GraphQL.
• Internship or project experience in full stack development.

Education:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Candidates with relevant projects, certifications, or bootcamp training are welcome.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
