Full Stack Developer

We are an IT solutions company specializing in the healthcare industry, building innovative platforms like Patient Management Systems (PMS) and other customized software solutions. We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to building, enhancing, and maintaining web applications that support our business operations and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX designers, backend engineers, product managers) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and reusable code using best practices.
• Work on both frontend and backend development, including database design and APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance systems.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js / Next.js.
• Strong knowledge of backend technologies: Node.js, Express.js, or other frameworks.
• Experience with databases: MongoDB, MySQL, or similar.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
• Understanding of deployment tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
