Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Next.js, Payload CMS, and PostgreSQL, along with solid proficiency in TypeScript. You will be responsible for building scalable web applications, crafting intuitive frontend experiences, and managing CMS-driven content architecture.

Tech Stack

• Frontend: Next.js ( App Router - Version 13+ ), React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, ShadCN/UI (preferred), Zustand or Redux, Tanstack Query
• Backend: Node.js, Payload CMS (v3+)
• Database: PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Other: REST APIs, JWT/Auth, Vercel or similar deployment platforms, Git, CI/CD

Key Responsibilities
Full Stack

• Develop and maintain scalable full stack applications using Next.js, Payload CMS, and PostgreSQL
• Build custom APIs and backend services with clean, modular architecture
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries for performance
• Collaborate with the backend and product team to ensure smooth data flow and API integration
• Participate in code reviews, provide technical insights, and maintain clean coding practices

Frontend

• Build responsive and accessible UI components using React, Tailwind CSS, or component libraries like ShadCN/UI
• Handle client-side state using Zustand, Redux, or React Context
• Implement server-side rendering (SSR), static generation (SSG), and incremental static regeneration (ISR)
• Optimize frontend performance (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals)
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and pixel-perfect design implementation
• Implement form validation, authentication flows, and UI feedback mechanisms

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong expertise in Next.js, including SSR, ISR, routing, and API routes
• Solid hands-on experience with Payload CMS – collections, access control, plugins
• Strong command of React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture
• Deep understanding of PostgreSQL and relational database design
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, component libraries, and responsive UI design
• Familiarity with authentication (JWT, sessions, OAuth)
• Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices
• Strong Git/GitHub workflow knowledge
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• Experience migrating from WordPress to Payload CMS
• Familiarity with CMS-based SaaS products
• Prior experience deploying with Vercel, Netlify, or Docker-based workflows

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
