Job Title: Full-Stack Developer (MERN / Next.js / AWS)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Full-Stack Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in modern web application development for our client ,US based healthcare start up company. The ideal candidate should be proficient in the MERN stack, have strong working knowledge of Next.js, and be comfortable deploying and managing applications on AWS. Exposure to Generative AI technologies such as OpenAI (ChatGPT APIs) or Google Gemini is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• A reliable team player with a strong track record of delivering development tasks within committed timelines. Experienced in accurately estimating effort and scope for assigned tasks..
• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, ).
• Build modern server-side rendered (SSR) applications using Next.js.
• Design and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with building and integrating on top of AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and DevOps.
• Apply secure coding best practices and ensure application performance.
• (Nice to have) Work with Generative AI APIs (OpenAI / Gemini) for prototypes or integrations.
• (Nice to have) Understanding of Deployments and CI/CD

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in JavaScript / TypeScript development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Solid experience with Next.js for SSR and static site generation.
• Familiarity with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
• Good understanding of AWS services and deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD workflows, and modern development best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with OpenAI, Gemini, or other LLM APIs.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and microservices architecture.
• Exposure to performance optimization and security best practices.
• USA Health care business development experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
