We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications, ensuring responsiveness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Front-End Development (React):
Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js.
Manage component state using React Hooks or Redux.
Optimize UI performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
Integrate front-end with RESTful APIs.

2. Back-End Development (Node.js / Express.js):

· Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs.

· Implement server-side logic and business processes using Express.js.

· Ensure secure and efficient data handling between client and server.

· Handle user authentication and authorization (e.g., JWT, OAuth).

3. Database Management (MongoDB):

· Design and manage NoSQL databases using MongoDB.

· Perform CRUD operations and data modeling.

· Optimize queries and manage indexing for performance.

· Implement data validation and schema design using Mongoose.

4. General Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, QA, PMs).

· Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.

· Debug and troubleshoot issues across the stack.

· Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Technologies:

· Front-End: React

· Back-End: Node.js / Express.js

· Databases: MongoDB.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preffered or MCA.

· Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Salary: 3 LPA – 4.2 LPA per annum
Working Hours: Work from office (10 am – 7 pm)
