Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer with a strong background in big data technologies and full-stack data pipeline development. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PySpark, Databricks, ADF, and the Hadoop ecosystem. This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence in one of our listed locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and manage scalable and reliable data pipelines using PySpark and Databricks
• Develop and orchestrate data workflows using Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Work with large datasets in distributed environments using Hadoop, Hive, and other Big Data tools
• Optimize data solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Analysts, and Software Engineers
• Ensure data quality and integrity across various stages of the data lifecycle
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Data Engineering
• Strong programming skills in PySpark and working experience with Databricks
• Hands-on experience with ADF for pipeline orchestration
• Proficiency with Hadoop, Hive, and other big data tools
• Experience working in hybrid or distributed teams
• Solid understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and performance tuning
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have:

• Azure cloud experience
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD for data pipelines
• Experience with Delta Lake or similar data lake architectures
