Full Stack Developer

We are a fast-growing healthtech organization building integrated healthcare solutions that combine AI/ML and cloud-native platforms. Our mission is to accelerate therapeutic interventions, and improve real-life outcomes for children across the world.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack + Cloud Ops) to join our core technology team and contribute to building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack, while also owning cloud infrastructure and DevOps operations. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and design teams to build features that power our next-gen healthcare solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment (MERN Stack)

• Design and develop scalable web applications and APIs using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
• Build interactive and responsive front-end applications using React.js and modern UI frameworks.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data handling practices.
• Write clean, modular, and testable code with proper documentation.
• Integrate third-party APIs, AI/ML models, and IoT endpoints.

Cloud Ops / DevOps

• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS / GCP / Azure.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab, or similar).
• Implement containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize for scalability.
• Ensure best practices for cloud security, backups, and disaster recovery

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (preferred), and RESTful API development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS / GCP / Azure cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, Cloud Functions, etc.).
• Knowledge of CI/CD, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Strong understanding of cloud security practices (IAM, VPC, SSL/TLS, secrets management).
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, CloudWatch).
• Solid problem-solving and debugging skills in production environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
