Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and proactive Full Stack Developer to join our tech team. You will play a key role in developing robust, scalable, and user-centric web applications tailored for the real estate industry, ranging from property listings to CRM tools, virtual tours, and data-driven dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain responsive web applications for real estate platforms (property listings, search filters, agent dashboards, etc.).
• Develop and integrate front-end and back-end components for scalable, real-time performance.
• Implement APIs to connect with third-party services such as map integrations (Google Maps), payment gateways, property databases (IDX/MLS), and CRMs.
• Optimize applications for SEO, page speed, and mobile usability.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and real estate specialists to iterate on product features.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, testing, and documentation.

Tech Stack (Preferred Experience):

• Frontend: React.js / Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap
• Backend: Node.js / Express.js OR Python / Django OR PHP / Laravel
• Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
• DevOps: Docker, AWS / GCP, CI/CD pipelines
• Others: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Git, JWT, WebSockets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Experience building products for B2C or B2B platforms, ideally in real estate, marketplaces, or e-commerce.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, clean code, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of real estate-specific tech (MLS/IDX integration, map APIs, listing platforms) is a big plus.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Experience in analytics dashboards or real estate data visualization.
• Exposure to mobile app frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter).
• Basic understanding of property-related SEO best practices.
