Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Nagpur. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and enforcing HR policies, managing employee relations, and overseeing general HR management tasks. This role includes handling employee recruitment and onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Qualifications Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies Broad understanding of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment Experience in the IT or digital solutions industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
