Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MERN Full Stack Developer who can design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently as well as in a team, and a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Design and manage databases in MongoDB, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Build reusable and efficient front-end components using React.js.
• Implement robust server-side logic with Node.js and Express.js.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with designers, QA, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript (optional but preferred).
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Experience in RESTful APIs and JSON-based communication.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS.
• Understanding of authentication/authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Next.js or other SSR frameworks.
• Knowledge of GraphQL.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to containerization tools like Docker.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• DLF Ph-III, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
