About NPPD CARE

NPPD CARE is a healthtech startup building a comprehensive technology ecosystem for hospitals, gyms, and wellness partners. Our goal is to bridge gaps in preventive care, wellness tracking, and integrated service delivery. In the long term, we aim to launch a unified B2C product (“HealthOS”) integrating 12 verticals of wellness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development of MVP platforms (admin dashboards, hospital/gym modules, APIs).
  • Collaborate with product, design, and domain teams to iterate fast on prototypes and production features.
  • Build and manage scalable backend services, secure APIs, and database architectures.
  • Develop responsive, clean frontend UIs (React/Next preferred).
  • Deploy solutions via cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Firebase, or Vercel).
  • Integrate basic AI tools, wellness data logic, and user onboarding journeys.

Preferred Tech Stack

  • Frontend: React.js / Next.js / TailwindCSS
  • Backend: Node.js / Express / Django / Flask
  • Database: MongoDB / PostgreSQL / Firebase
  • DevOps: GitHub, Docker, Firebase, AWS
  • Bonus: Experience with OAuth, healthcare APIs, or HIPAA-like standards

Who You Are

  • 5+ years experience as a full-stack developer (startup or MVP experience is a big plus).
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of features from idea to deployment.
  • Passionate about building in the healthcare space and contributing meaningfully to wellness innovation.
  • Looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with a company from zero to scale.
  • Willing to work on equity-only basis initially until funding is secured.
