Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Stack AI Developer with expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to lead the design and development of AI-driven applications. This role demands strong full-stack capabilities-ranging from intuitive front-end design to training and deploying backend AI models and managing scalable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development :
  • Design and build intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for AI-powered applications.
  • Utilize modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) to develop responsive UI/UX.
  • Optimize front-end performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

Back-End Development

  • Develop robust, scalable backend systems for AI model deployment.
  • Design and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless front-end and back-end integration.
  • Manage cloud-based infrastructure using platforms like AWS or Azure.

AI Model Development

  • Train, fine-tune, and deploy cutting-edge generative AI and LLM models.
  • Use frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch for deep learning model development.
  • Build efficient inference pipelines for low-latency predictions.

Data Engineering

  • Design and maintain data pipelines for model training and evaluation.
  • Perform preprocessing and cleaning of large datasets to enhance model performance.
  • Implement data versioning, monitoring, and reproducibility strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, especially with generative AI and LLMs.
  • Strong grasp of machine learning algorithms and NLP techniques.
  • Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

  • Strong problem-solving and architectural design abilities.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for learning and keeping up with the latest trends in AI/ML and LLMs.
