- Coordinate with Sales for priorities and special instructions.
- Maintain and track all open orders with planned vs actual readiness.
- Escalate delays across teams proactively.
- Coordinate with Purchase for local, factory-related, and international ETAs.
- Align stock readiness with committed customer delivery dates.
- Ensure materials required are available before dispatch.
- Ensure documentation (invoice, COA, MSDS, packing list) is complete before handover.
- Confirm that orders reach last mile execution on time.
- Track dispatch movement with the logistics team without managing last mile operations.
- Resolve stock shortages and variance issues quickly.
- Coordinate with Factory for production schedules, QC release, and planned dispatch dates.
- Highlight bottlenecks, material shortages, and high risk orders.
- Present weekly dashboards and ensure cross team accountability.
- Maintain import/dispatch trackers and audit documentation.
- Provide weekly and monthly fulfilment reports for management review.
- Enforce SOPs and accurate CRM/SAP data entry.
- Train junior staff on fulfilment processes.
- Stock out incidents
- Delay reasons by department
- Accuracy of documentation
- Graduate in Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, or similar.
- 3 to 7 years in fulfilment, operations, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain.
- ERP/CRM experience (SAP) preferred.
- Strong Excel and coordination skills.
- Good spoken and written English
- High ownership and accountability
- Strong coordination and follow up skills
- Problem solving mindset
- Ability to manage pressure and multiple priorities
