Fulfillment Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee the entire fulfillment process, from order placement to delivery.

• Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and dispatch while maintaining high service levels.

• Coordinate with suppliers, millers and vendors to ensure adequate stock availability and quality

• Work closely with logistics vendors to plan and optimize transportation schedule and routes and ensure timely dispatch of supplies.

• Monitor inventory levels and implement stock rotation practices to prevent spoilage and wastage.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards throughout the fulfillment process.

• Resolve operational issues, customer complaints, and delivery discrepancies promptly.

• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

• Train and guide internal and external fulfilment staff to maintain high performance and adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.

• Generate reports on order processing, stock movement, and performance metrics.

• Maintain close working relationship with millers, suppliers and transporters. Visit all our partner mills and warehouses on a regular basis.
