Job Title : Azure Administrator Location : Pune, India Experience : 6+ Years Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Azure Administrator with over 6 years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Azure administration, deployment, production support, and DevOps practices. A strong foundation in Linux, shell scripting, Jenkins, and monitoring tools is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities Azure Administration : Manage and maintain Azure infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. Deployment & Configuration : Deploy and configure cloud-based applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure. Production Support : Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability. DevOps Implementation : Automate and streamline deployment, monitoring, and maintenance processes. Linux & Shell Scripting : Utilize Linux commands and shell scripting for automation and system management. CI/CD with Jenkins : Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins. Monitoring & Alerting : Configure and manage monitoring tools to track system performance and proactively address issues. Security & Compliance : Ensure security best practices and compliance with industry standards in cloud deployments. Required Skills & Qualifications 6+ years of experience in Azure administration, deployment, and DevOps. Strong knowledge of Azure services (VMs, Networking, Storage, Azure DevOps, etc.) Experience with production support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Proficiency in Linux administration and shell scripting. Hands-on experience with Jenkins for CI/CD. Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, or equivalent. Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or ARM templates (preferred). Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. Preferred Qualifications Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-400) are highly desirable.
