FSDM Executive

As an FSDM Executive, your primary responsibility will be to assist in onboarding, training, and supporting franchise partners on platforms like Petpooja POS, Swiggy, and Zomato. This role will require daily coordination with internal teams and franchisees to ensure seamless operations and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Support new outlet onboarding on Petpooja, Swiggy, and Zomato - Conduct basic training sessions for new franchise owners and staff - Record and report all onboarding activities - Assist in documentation collection and verification - Track issue tickets and follow up with tech/support teams - Provide first-level resolution support to franchises - Communicate daily updates to FSDM seniors Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any field (Preferred: BBA, B.Com, Hospitality, or related) - Experience in Domain: Not mandatory, training will be provided - Strong understanding of customer service and basic business operations - Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English - Interpersonal Skills: Presentation Skills, Conflicts Handling, and Negotiation Skills - Other Skills: Drafting Skills - Familiarity with software tools such as MS Office, Google Sheets, Petpooja basics, Swiggy/Zomato Partner apps, MS Outlook, ERP Additionally, you should be willing to travel locally for client meetings and possess qualities such as being a good learner, having a positive attitude, and being a team player. The working hours for this role are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.,
