FSDM Executive

As an FSDM Executive, your role will involve assisting in onboarding, training, and supporting franchise partners on platforms such as Petpooja POS, Swiggy, and Zomato. Your daily tasks will include coordinating with internal teams and franchisees to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Support the onboarding process for new outlets on Petpooja, Swiggy, and Zomato - Conduct basic training sessions for new franchise owners and staff - Record and report all onboarding activities - Assist in collecting and verifying documentation - Track and follow up on issue tickets with tech/support teams - Provide first-level resolution support to franchise partners - Communicate daily updates to FSDM seniors Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any field (Preferred: BBA, B.Com, Hospitality, or related) - Experience in Domain: Not mandatory, training will be provided - Strong understanding of customer service and basic business operations - Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English - Interpersonal Skills: Presentation Skills, Conflicts Handling, and Negotiation Skills - Other Skills: Drafting Skills - Familiarity with software tools such as MS Office, Google Sheets, Petpooja basics, Swiggy/Zomato Partner apps, MS Outlook, ERP - Working Hours / Days: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) Additionally, as part of the job requirements, you should be willing to travel locally for client meetings and possess a good learning attitude, positive demeanor, and the ability to work effectively as a team player.,
