Job Description

To facilitate SH (HRD) in organizing, coordinating and effective implementation of HR key processes like Recruitment, OD Interventions, NMC Compensation & Poornata for effective and smooth functioning of the system. Recruitment and Induction: Coordinate with the recruiting Manager for requirement of manpower. Maintain database of potential candidates for future requirements Prepare & post vacancies in Poornata Search for candidates through Websites / consultants / placement agencies / Database Shortlisting with DH-HRD & Hiring Manager Arranging interviews, and related logistics (Pick & Lodging, Reimbursements etc.) Joining Announcement and preparing Induction Program Facilitate effective implementation of induction process and socialization process Maintain Personal file for all staff POORNATA Management: Load all required data of new hire in Poornata Remove Left/Resigned employees within the timeline for maintaining accuracy Check the data for accuracy by doing a quarterly audit Get the changes in employee personal information registered in Poornata Check & take corrective action in order to keep Poornata updated with respect to organizational changes (Change in reporting, Department etc. along with transfer etc.) Continuously strive to keep the personal record of employees updated To ensure onboarding process & exit module adherence in Poornata TNI Identification & Execution: To collate training needs through MDP, Appraisal forms, Confirmation review documents and other sources for all employees Preparing yearly and monthly training calendar based on Training need Assessment Working closely with HODs of different departments and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements Identify and select external training agencies and accreditation bodies necessary to deliver required training Development of internal trainers Coordinating with safety department for safety training Regular follow-up with managers for the nomination of employees for different training programs Create monthly E-Learning schedules and ensure execution Skill Matrix Creation Competency Mapping creation Qualifications: Master Of Labour Welfare,Master of Business Admin,Master Of Social Work Minimum Experience Level: 3-5 Years Report to: Deputy General Manager
