Frontend Engineering Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Engineering Technical Lead to drive the technical vision, architecture, and execution of our frontend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern frontend technologies, leadership skills, and the ability to mentor teams while ensuring scalability, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the frontend architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and high performance

• Set the technical direction and vision for frontend development in alignment with product and customer goals

• Make architectural and design decisions (technology selection, component structure, integration patterns)

• Oversee and lead frontend projects, ensuring timely delivery with high quality

• Mentor and guide developers, conducting code reviews and technical sessions

• Solve complex technical challenges and support team members in execution

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years of professional frontend development experience

• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, or Angular

• Solid understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and scalability

• Hands-on experience with state management, API integrations, and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.)

• Good understanding of UI/UX best practices

• Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills

• Previous experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Frontend Engineer
