Job Description

Define and own the frontend architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and high performance across applications.
Set the technical direction and vision for frontend development, aligning with customer needs and product goals.
Make architectural and design decisions, such as technology selection, component structure, and integration patterns.
Oversee and lead frontend projects ensuing high quality and customer satisfaction.
Provide guidance and mentorship to developers, helping them grow in their technical expertise.
Conduct code reviews, provide technical feedback, and support developers in solving complex problems.
Communicate architectural decisions and technical concepts clearly to all stakeholders as needed (team members, customers etc.).
Collaborate with other Litmus7 practices to adopt and share best practices.
Drive the development of innovative solutions that can be established as intellectual property (IP) and contribute to go-to-market strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web development, propose innovative solutions, and implement best practices.
