🧩 What you’ll do

• Own the frontend architecture and codebase across web and dashboard experiences.
• Lead and grow a small frontend team — mentor, unblock, and drive quality.
• Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to build fast, usable, real-time UIs.
• Implement beautiful, responsive interfaces using React, Tailwind, and component libraries.
• Drive frontend performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
• Build and scale code editors, charts, video-based interfaces, and real-time session UIs.

✅ You’re a great fit if you:

• Have 6–8 years of frontend experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Are strong with modern JS frameworks (React), component-driven development, and CSS frameworks like Tailwind.
• Have worked on data-heavy, dashboard-style applications — with a focus on UX.
• Know how to optimize frontend performance and build for scale and stability.
• Can lead code reviews, structure components, and mentor junior developers.
• Are excited to ship fast, work closely with founders, and own the entire frontend lifecycle.

⚡ Bonus if you:

• Have built real time dashboards, collaborative tools, or interfaces with AI feedback loops.
• Have experience with frontend testing
• Are comfortable integrating with APIs, websockets, or streaming data.
• Have worked on design systems, analytics interfaces, or developer-focused platforms.
