Job Title: Front End Developer Trainer Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in front-end development and training Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Front-End Developer Trainer to join our Hyderabad-based team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in front-end technologies and a genuine interest in mentoring aspiring developers. You'll deliver interactive, hands-on classroom training, equipping learners with the skills to build responsive, user-centric web applications. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Design & Updates: Develop, maintain, and regularly update training modules covering HTML5, CSS3 (with preprocessors like SASS) , JavaScript (ES6+) , and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js , ensuring alignment with current industry trends. Hands-On Training: Deliver dynamic live coding sessions, workshops, and labs focusing on responsive design, UI/UX principles , version control (Git) , build tools ( Webpack, Gulp ), debugging techniques, and browser optimization. Project-Based Learning: Guide learners through real-world projects including portfolio websites, SPAs (Single Page Applications), and component-driven apps. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Assessment & Mentorship: Track student progress through assignments, quizzes, and capstone projects. Mentor students on problem-solving, troubleshooting, and career preparedness including interview tips and portfolio development. Industry Alignment: Keep course content aligned with best practices in cross-browser compatibility , web accessibility standards , and emerging trends in front-end development. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field . Minimum 2 years of professional experience in front-end development and technical training/mentoring roles. Technical Expertise In: HTML5 & CSS3 (with preprocessors like SASS/SCSS) Responsive layout techniques and mobile-first development JavaScript (ES6+) Modern JS frameworks : React, Angular, or Vue.js Version Control : Git Build Tools : Webpack, Gulp, npm/yarn Browser DevTools, debugging, and performance optimization UI/UX concepts and front-end best practices Additional Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and mentorship abilities Ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts clearly Familiarity with Agile workflows and basic knowledge of backend/API integrations is a plus
