Job Title: Web Designer / Frontend Developer Location: Noida Experience Level: 1+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are looking for a talented and creative Web Designer with at least 1+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating aesthetically pleasing, responsive websites and improving user experience through thoughtful design and intuitive functionality. You will collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all designs align with our brand and project goals. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop user-friendly websites and web applications. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for websites. Ensure that websites are responsive and optimized for various devices (mobile, tablet, desktop). Collaborate with developers to implement web designs and ensure smooth functionality. Stay updated with design trends, standards, and web technologies. Optimize images, fonts, and other elements to enhance website performance. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve designs. Ensure that websites are compliant with web standards, including accessibility and SEO best practices. Work with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or Shopify. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Related field 1+ years of experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma/Sketch (OPTIONAL) Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and JavaScript/Jquery. Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Squarespace, or Shopify will be plus. Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development. Experience with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design. Attention to detail with a focus on user-centric designs. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Preferred : Experience with version control systems like Git.
