The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in React and Node.js and have a strong background in UI/UX design. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-performance web applications that provide an outstanding user experience. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain responsive and dynamic web applications using React and Node.js. • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. • Translate UI/UX design wire frames into high-quality code. • Implement best practices in front-end architecture, including performance optimization and scalability. • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for speed and scalability. • Conduct user research, testing, and feedback sessions to continuously improve the user experience. • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development and UI/UX design. Requirements: • Experience: 5-6 years of hands-on experience in frontend development. • Proficiency in React and Node.js: Extensive experience in building scalable web applications using React and Node.js. • UI/UX Design Skills: Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles with a proven track record of designing user-centric interfaces. • Frontend Technologies: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks/libraries. • Tools & Platforms: Experience with version control systems like Git, and familiarity with UI/UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with designers, product managers, and backend developers. • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
