Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Candolim for a Front Office Supervisor. The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, managing staff, handling guest inquiries, checking guests in and out, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Supervisory tasks include scheduling, training, and monitoring performance. The role also involves coordinating reservations, managing reception duties, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills for managing staff, scheduling, and performance monitoring
• Experience in Receptionist Duties such as check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and address concerns
• Competence in managing Reservations and coordinating bookings
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Prior experience in front office operations or hospitality industry is an advantage
