Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Candolim. The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by greeting guests, handling guest reservations, and providing prompt and courteous service. This role requires effective communication with guests to address inquiries, manage any issues that arise during their stay, and coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
