Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Associate - Food & Beverage located in Candolim. The role includes providing excellent guest services, handling reservations, enhancing customer service experiences, and effective communication with guests. The position involves ensuring guest satisfaction and fostering a welcoming environment at the hotel and villas.

Qualifications

Guest Service, Customer Service, and Communication skills
Experience in handling reservations and guest services
Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Knowledge of local attractions and events in Goa
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
