Role Description

This is a full-time Guest Service Associate role based on-site at our Greater Bengaluru area location. The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for managing day-to-day guest interactions, handling reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Key tasks include ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries, resolving any concerns, and maintaining a welcoming environment that aligns with Hilton's high standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Guest Services and Guest Interaction to create memorable experiences and ensure customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in Customer Service and handling Reservations, demonstrating attention to detail and efficiency
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with guests and team members
• Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role is highly beneficial
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Professional demeanor and a good understanding of hotel operations
