Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Executive at Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park. The Front Desk Executive will handle day-to-day receptionist duties, manage phone etiquette, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth communication between guests and hotel departments. Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and addressing guest inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities
• The has to be from hotel background.
• Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous
