Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Executive located in Mumbai. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day front office operations, ensuring efficient communication with clients, handling inquiries over the phone and in-person, scheduling appointments, maintaining administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and ensuring a smooth client experience from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive client relationships
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Proficiency in managing receptionist duties, including scheduling and administrative tasks
• Customer service experience to address client needs with professionalism and empathy
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
• Prior experience in front desk or administrative roles is an advantage
