Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Executive in Noida- Sector 2, Uttar Pradesh. The Front Desk Executive will manage receptionist duties, answer phone calls with professional etiquette, welcome clients, and visitors, and ensure a positive customer experience. The role also involves maintaining a well-organized front desk area, managing appointments, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with other departments for effective operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Support HR and Admin teams with documentation and coordination when required.
  • Ensure compliance with security and safety protocols for visitors and staff.
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education:

    Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience:

    0–2 years in a similar role, freshers with good communication skills may apply.
  • Skills: Excellent

    verbal and written communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
