Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a front office supervisor located in Pune. The front office supervisor will oversee receptionist duties, manage customer service operations, handle reservations, and ensure smooth communication across the front office. Daily tasks include supervising front office staff, addressing guest inquiries and issues, facilitating check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining high standards of service and efficiency in the front office operations.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills to manage and lead front office staff
• Proficiency in receptionist duties and handling front desk
• Strong customer service skills for addressing guest inquiries and issues
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with staff and guests
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Prior experience in front office operations & hotel background is beneficial
• Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment
• Worked on IDS Software PMS
