who can balance hospitality finesse with commercial drive. You ll lead the guest experience while building strong local partnerships and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Supervise all front office and guest service operations.
Handle escalations and maintain service standards.
Conduct B2B/B2C sales calls and corporate tie-ups.
Manage rate plans, promotions, and occupancy targets.
Mentor and train front office team members.
Collaborate with marketing for social content and review management.

Ideal Candidate

3 6 years of hospitality experience with team leadership exposure.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Hands-on knowledge of PMS, OTAs, and revenue management basics.
Self-driven and customer-centric personality.
