Front Office Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls using the office phone system.
  • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges when required.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to visitors and staff.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth front-office operations.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Tamil preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
