Job Description

🎯 Role Overview The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The role requires: 💁‍♀️ Maintaining a professional & welcoming front office environment, 📞 Handling calls & client queries (including loan-related), 🗓️ Managing appointments, and 🗂️ Providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities: 👋 Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner. 📞 Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently. 🤝 Handle customer support & client queries (including basic information regarding loans, products, or services) and route them to the concerned department when required. 📋 Ensure timely follow-up and maintain records of customer inquiries. 🪑 Manage the reception area to ensure it is neat, clean, and presentable. Answer, Screen, and Forward incoming Phone Calls. 📨 Handle incoming & outgoing correspondence (letters, couriers, emails, etc.). 🗂️ Provide admin support such as filing, data entry, photocopying, Document Preparation and scanning. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Assist HR/Admin team with attendance management or office supplies. 🔒 Maintain confidentiality of company information and uphold professional conduct. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication and visitor management. Handle inquiries and provide information to clients, employee and vendors. 💡 Key Skills & Competencies🗣️ Excellent communication (verbal & written). 😊 Pleasing personality with a professional appearance. 🙌 Strong interpersonal, customer service & client support skills. 💳 Ability to handle loan-related and service-related client queries. 💻 Proficiency in (MS Office, Word, Excel Email, Internet, CRM tools preferred). ⏱️ Good organizational & time management skills with multitasking ability. Qualifications & Experience: 📘 Graduate in any stream . 👩‍🎓 1–2 years of relevant experience (freshers with good communication skills may also apply). ⭐ Prior experience in receptionist, front desk, or customer/client support roles preferred.
